For 10-string guitar ( Urs Guentensperger) and voice ( Eva Nievergelt). Poems by Anne Blonstein. Premiered 2005 at Kulturhaus Helferei in Zuerich, Burgbachkeller in Zug and Marianischer Saal in Luzern.
Klagelieder ( Mourning Songs)
For voice and percussion. Text inspired by The Lamentations of Jeremiah. Premiered Good Friday 2007 at St.Martin, Effretikon.
Frauen komponieren ( Women Composers)
With Christine Ragaz, violin and Margrit Schenker, piano. The two musicians commissioned a new work by Pauline Oliveros and Margrit added a new composition by herself. The program included compositions by Katharina Weber and Germaine Taillefer.

Sonatas and Interludes by John Cage interpreted by Margrit Schenker, piano. Concept by Valentin Vecellio: with KRAK, Valentin Vecellio, clarinet and Margrit Schenker, accordion. Premiered 2010 at Rigiblick, Zuerich and at the Kantonsschule in Kuesnacht near Zurich.

Bazaar
Miniopera for mixed choir, soloists and instruments. Commissioned by the Slovenian choir AVE directed by Jerica Bukovez. Premiered in october 2012 in the Slovenska Philharmonia in Ljubliana, Slovenia.
The Visbyproject
October 2013: Artist in Residence ath the International Centre of Composers in Visby, Gotland, Sweden.
April 2015: The Swiss writer Elisabeth Wandeler-Deck and the composer Margrit Schenker organise a common project at the Baltic Centre for Writers and the International Centre for Composers in Visby. The Composition with the title „Visby“ is being premiered by the Kammerkören Capella Gotlandica in the Public Library in Visby. The text by Elisabeth is being translated into Swedish.
Rabenschnur
For voice ( Eva Nievergelt), violin ( Bettina Boller) and piano ( Margrit Schenker). Texts by the Slovenian author Meta Kusar and by the Swiss authors Ruth Loosli and Wanda Schmid. Premiered in autmn 2016 at the Kantonsschule in Kuesnacht near Zuerich, in Rigiblick Zuerich, in Marianischer Saal, Luzern and at Gare du Nord in Basel.

Commissioned by the pianist Dominik Blum as a part of his piano recital consisting of works by mainly women composers like Gayle Young, Lily Boulanger, Olga Diener and Jürg Frey.

Commissioned by the organist Esther Hobi-Schwarb. Premiered by Catriona Buehler, soprano, Margrit Schenker, accordion, Esther Hobi-Schwarb, organ, Esther Ruetthemann, speaker and Daniela Riedener, actor and dancer. Premiered in July 2022 in the Jugendkirche in Einsiedeln.

As a part of the project Palindrom of the Ensemble EndWend with Leo Bachmann, tuba, Madeleine Bischof, contrabass flute, Eva Debrunner, recorders, Ursula Maehr, composition and recorders, Thomas K.J. Mejer, composition and contrabass saxophon, Margrit Schenker, composition and accordion, Valentin Vecellio composition and basset horn, Barbara Zimmerli, composition and recorders. Premiered in autumn 2022 in St.Gallen, Zuerich, Bern, Schaffhausen, Frauenfeld, Baden and Basel.

Commissioned by Trio Nushka Bern with Lara Morger, voice, Lisa Anna Gross, English horn and Marion Nuria Gross, piano. Premiered in October 2023 in Forum Yehudi Menuhin in Bern.
Winddynamisch
Commissioned by the Festival Archipel in Geneva with Simone Keller winddynamic organ and Margrit Schenker, accordion. Premiered in April 13 2025 at Plainpalais in Geneva. The organist and composer Daniel Glaus, the inventor of this unique and unprecedented instrument, was introducing the audience to the winddynamic organ.
